A Brief History of BHS

Located in sunny Barstow, California, Barstow High School has been serving this community for over 70 years.  Built during the Great Depression by New Deal workers Barstow High School’s Main Hall has seen everything from WW2 to Y2K.  Since its creation many new buildings and structures have been built to serve the ever growing student population.  The latest addition to the building process is the Don Bilsborough Gym.  This facility hosts everything from sporting events to community events and was named after educator Don Bilsborough.  While times may have changed at BHS one thing remains the same.  Within these halls students build the foundations to use in their future endeavors.
